CPR & Adventure Base

There are two upcoming events which you should note on your calendar:
1. The next V2K meeting is June 6th. This meeting will be dedicated to CPR/AED certification and will start at 3 PM, not the usual 6 PM. In addition to the CPR activities, persons needing to retake the Wilderness First Aid test may do so at the class. All members and their families are welcome to take the class. There will be a $10 charge per person, payable at the class.
2. The crew has signed up for three half-hour sessions on the stage at the upcoming Adventure Base 100 event at Kirkwood Community College on June 18-19. We can use the ½ hour to showcase anything we do. We will probably showcase at least the radio and medical programs. Please think about program ideas and reserve the slots of 5 PM on Friday, June 18th and 2 and 5 PM on Saturday, June 19th. Mr. B
